Mason Jar Not Poodles

Like Pot Noodles. But better.


Plus, isn’t eating stuff out of massive jars ace?


Makes 2 huge jars


🥦Ingredients 🥦


2 tbsp miso paste

2 tbsp sriracha

4 tbsp soya sauce (or tamari if gluten free)

2 tsp stock powder

2 chillis

1 clove garlic

2 tbsp grated fresh ginger

2 spring onions

2 tbsp fresh coriander

40g flat instant rice noodles

1 pack silken long life tofu

1 pak Choi

1 red pepper

6 baby corn

1/2 cup frozen peas

1/2 cup mange tout

1/2 head broccoli

4 mushrooms

1 tbsp sesame seeds

2 cups spinach


  1. Chop and ingredients that need chopping and load the jars starting at the top of the ingredient list, splitting everything evenly between the two jars.

  2. Secure the lid and refrigerate until use. 

  3. Pour boiling water in to cover ingredients. Stir and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
